- These heavy steel mud pumps have mechanical seals and if a hydraulic motor is used you can easily
adjust the pump output. These mud pumps can be driven by a gas or diesel engine, or a hydraulic motor.

118 Mud pump with direct drive 24hp Honda engine

24 hp Honda electric start engine with external
oil cooler. Mud pump has an 8"impeller - pushing
a slurry mix will output approx. 110 gpm at 110 psi.
Includes 12 gallon fuel tank on steel skid with
forklift boxes. Adjustable pump packing option
installed.
This unit may be upgraded to all hydraulic variable
speed control for exceptional control of flow
for an additional $2,400.00. Includes 24 hp hydraulic
power unit with 25 gln reservoir on skid package
with forklift boxes. Weight is +/- 850 lbs. The
advantages of the hydraulic skid package includes the ability to run any auxiliary hydraulic device within the
capability of the power unit. These devices includes piston pumps, progressive cavity pumps, grout pumps,
grout hose reels, etc.
Water and mud pumps are selected based on flow, pressure output, and what fluid is being pumped.
Mud Pumps may be centrifugal, diaphragm, progressive cavity, and piston. If you have large diameter drill pipe and
a large flow water swivel you will be in the position for the pump to work at capacity.
Mud Pumps come in all kinds of materials as common as cast iron to space age plastics. The cost varies greatly
and the tried and true pumps will always cost more.
