LIMITED WARRANTY
Every reasonable effort is made to guard against defective material or workmanship entering
into the manufacture of products by Drill2Water, LLC. However in the event of failure or
defective part within 12 months of purchase, our entire liability is limited to the value of, or
replacement of such defective part within that period. Manufacturers of components used
may have warranties in excess of 12 months which may or may not provide further coverage
beyond our coverage. Drill2Water, LLC expressively disclaims liability for incidental or
consequential damages. Any modification to the manufactured product not performed by
manufacturer or without manufacturers written consent voids any expressed warranty.
Drill2Water, LLC will not be responsible for bodily injury, loss of life, loss of revenue, or
property damage if such should occur in connection with the use of our product. No warranty
is given on parts that are normally subject to rapid wear, such as packing, wash pipes, wear
bushing, stripper rubbers, springs, bearings, hydraulic hoses, chain, mud pumps, drill bits,
trailer brakes and tires, and hydraulic pumps. Seller’s total responsibility for any claims,
damages, losses or liabilities arising out of, or related to, all products covered there under
shall not exceed the purchase price of the parts. A warranty claim shall be filed and the
defective item returned to Drill2Water, LLC at customers expense.

Standard model Water-46 with Option #HR - (ENABLES RIG TO RUN AIR AND A
DOWN THE HOLE HAMMER) Includes standard Model Water-46 with 800 psi air line,
high pressure water injector with foam injection, and pulse adjustable hammer oil
injector. Check valve for air drilling is included. Air compressor not included.
Includes 3x3 gas powered mud pump.
Standard model Water-46 with Option #1 includes standard Model Water-46 with new
towable 375 cfm @ 175 psi (12.07 bar) diesel powered air compressor. Includes 800
psi air line, high pressure water injector with foam injection, and pulse adjustable
hammer oil injector. Check valve for air drilling is included. Includes on-board 2x3
hydraulic powered variable speed mud pump.
Standard model Water-46 with Option #2 - Includes standard Model Water-46 with
new towable 650 cfm @ 200 psi (13.79 bar) diesel powered air compressor. Includes
800 psi air line, high pressure water injector with foam injection, and pulse adjustable
hammer oil injector. Check valve for air drilling is included. Includes on-board 2x3
hydraulic powered variable speed mud pump.
Standard model Water-46 with Option #3 - Includes standard Model Water-46 with
new towable or skid mounted 700 cfm @ 365 psi (25.17 bar) diesel powered air
compressor. Includes 800 psi air line, high pressure water injector with foam
injection, and pulse adjustable hammer oil injector. Check valve for air drilling is
included. Includes on-board 2x3 hydraulic powered variable speed mud pump.
